Account Manager (#230-MH237)

About this job

The right candidate will be responsible for leading our client relationships including implementations, training, issue resolution, up-selling, etc and this will involve working closely with the client, their agencies and internal departments.  A proven interest and proficiency in marketing and the internet is essential.

You will be based in our New York office (though remote working is a possibility) and join a talented team of individuals in a fast growing technology company with great opportunities for long term promotion and development.



Duties

The Client Services team is responsible for managing and delivering against a client’s expectations. You will have the following day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day contact for the maintenance of the client and agency relationships
  • Develop strategic relationships with clients & agencies, to manage & up-sell on their accounts
  • Accountable for the revenue generated by specific clients & agencies
  • Work with Implementation Services team to ensure smooth and timely deployment of systems across new clients, and efficient troubleshooting and resolution of post-deployment technical issues
  • Work with the team to identify and realize opportunities to increase its product sales and services revenue
  • Eventually manage Account Executive(s) who are responsible for day-to-day maintenance of specific agencies & client accounts
    • Determine their workload in order to maximize the team’s value
    • Develop their skill-sets & empower them to succeed in the company’s growth objectives
    • Support the client in ensuring their web site & online marketing campaigns are fully tracked & de-duplicated
    • Apply sophisticated tools for tracking websites, marketing channels (such as display banners), PPC and affiliates, as well as marketing insight data
    • Train the Account Executive(s) on these tools and their application
  • Work technically & strategically with tracking tags to ensure the client has improved knowledge of their website & online marketing performance
  • Configure and manage the clients reporting requirements
  • Support and train clients & agencies on how to use the interface and reporting systems and to ensure reports are appropriately provided & configured
  • Present to clients and internal departments on product success & review areas for improvement
