Regional Vice President will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales team and delivering on the team’s revenue goal. Below is a more thorough list of responsibilities and other requirements of candidates for this position.



Duties
  • Deliver and exceed revenue goals
  • Manage and support sales team in the region 
  • Execute on sales strategy in the market 
  • Develop and help manage relationships with key clients and high-level agency 
  • Oversee negotiations with agencies and clients on details of campaigns
  • Work with sellers to successfully manage agency and client expectations 
  • Entertain client and agency contacts
  • Lead on-going training of sales team in region
  • Oversee the status of advertising campaigns in the region
  • Work with sales development team on presentation materials and proposals
  • Help to create new ad products and sponsorship opportunities 
  • Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks 
  • Travel throughout region as needed 
  • Heavy experience in CPG, Retail and Auto 
  • Data experience including Behavioral 
  • Fast paced environment, needs to be a self-starter
