Vice President of Marketing (#245-MH219)

About this job

The qualified candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing implementation of B2B and B2C marketing strategy including branding, consumer engagement, media planning, research, promotions, public relations and product development.

Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Oversees strategic development of cross-media marketing programs to meet strategic objectives
  • Develops strategy to strengthen brand and reputation management within target audiences
  • Positions and analyzes the entire product suite, through performance metrics, marketplace trends and recommends product enhancements that drive consumer engagement and revenues
  • Oversees strategic development and direction of national promotions and partnerships
  • Oversees the direction of marketing research functions and projects
  • Directs the creation of effective marketing and sales support materials and sales support programs that are dynamic, unique and measurable
  • Manages marketing projects and programs within budgetary constraints
  • Motivates, coaches and develops marketing staff while providing on-going direction for all projects and programs
  • Directly engages in the roles and definition of our Consumer Engagement strategies and tactics
  • Acts as a primary executive liaison with the franchise Marketing Advisory Board members
  • Builds relationships and works collaboratively to support marketing efforts for the franchise network
  • Develops communication and engagement strategies to meet the needs of the advertisers and our consumers
  • Engage in supporting the strategic account management efforts of the National Sales team to partner with key customers to improve the performance of the brand and products
  • Responsible for the development of the B2B and B2C strategic marketing plan
  • Applies a sales-centric approach to marketing by collaborating with sales channel leaders, leverages an understanding of sales process leading to an effective revenue generation focus
