There is an immediate opening for a Sr. Account Executive, reporting to the Regional VP Sales, who will be responsible for the west coast and southwest territories. A very motivated and creative person who is excited about working for a small company that's making big waves in the music space will be successful in this position. Responsibilities:Delivering and exceeding revenue goalsCover the assigned territories and accountsProspecting new accounts and agenciesIdentify and close major brand advertisersWork with both agencies and clients to bring in businessSet up meetings/presentations with agencies and clientsNegotiate with agencies and clients on details of campaignsSuccessfully manage agency and client expectationsEntertain Client and agency contactsOversee the status of advertising campaignsWork with sales development team on presentations materials and proposalsMeet deadlines and prioritize tasksWrite reports and keep records on all business that runs through your officeSkill set and Abilities:Full understanding of the online media business and the business of prospective advertisersA minimum of 3 years in online ad sales with success at large brand marketing campaigns and sponsorshipsMinimum of $2 million per year in annual booked ad revenueDemonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiating skillProven ability to be self-motivating and work independently, as well as operate in fast-paced environmentDemonstrated a strong analytical ability for strategic sales development, including interpretation of media research and analysis for effective use as a sales toolDemonstrated the ability to create and present promotional concepts that enhance clients’ marketing efforts
