About this job

Ideally you will come from a service led agency background and will understand how to service and be proactive with your clients. Mobile is a new industry and ideally we are looking for a bright digital star with the willingness to learn about mobile. This is one of the fastest and most exciting mediums in advertising, and a very big growth area for the advertising industry as a whole. You will need to fully understand your clients KPI's and goals and formulate plans that meet and exceed these goals. Combined with the ability and confidence to inform your clients of the rationale of your plans, you will also need to keep them up-to-date on the industry and of important changes. Overtime, you will become their expert in the mobile industry.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualities and skills:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in media planning and buying or experience running app promotion campaigns for a mobile company (essential)
  • Use of media buying interfaces and ad-serving (preferable)
  • Experience working in an agency environment (preferable)
  • A good understanding of excel, pivot tables, formula's and manipulating data to see clear trends
  • Experience in managing accounts and budgets
  • You must be able to think fast, react accordingly and coolly under pressure
  • Fine eye for detail
  • Willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of tracking standards would be a huge advantage
  • Mobile media experience (bonus)
